Use a current browser for a secure, reliable Famescan experience.
Supported browsers
Famescan supports the latest stable version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari. This applies to the standalone portal and to Famescan opened from the Wix dashboard.

- Windows 10 or newer
- macOS 12 or newer
- Current stable ChromeOS
- Android 10 or newer
- iOS or iPadOS 16 or newer
Browser settings
JavaScript, secure HTTPS connections and browser storage must be enabled. For an app installed from the Wix App Market, open Famescan from the site's Wix dashboard so Wix can establish the correct site and user session.
Not supported
Internet Explorer, Windows Phone and Opera are not part of the supported matrix. Wix site editing on Linux is also outside Wix's supported environment.
If something does not load
Update the browser, reload Famescan once and disable extensions that block scripts or browser storage for the Famescan and Wix domains. In Wix, reopen the app from the dashboard before contacting support.
